Additional Image Purchase Terms & Policies

By purchasing additional images from your proofing gallery through Enchanted Meadows Photography, you agree to the following terms:

Edited Images Only

All images delivered to clients are professionally edited in the signature style of Enchanted Meadows Photography. Unedited images, RAW files, or original camera files are never available for purchase, download, viewing, or release under any circumstances.

Proofing Gallery Information

Proofing galleries are provided for image selection purposes only. Images within the gallery may appear lower quality, watermarked, lightly color-corrected, cropped differently, or unfinished compared to final delivered edits. Final purchased images will be fully edited before delivery.

Image Selection

Clients are responsible for selecting their desired images from the proofing gallery before the gallery expiration date. Once selections are submitted, editing begins and changes may not be guaranteed.

Digital Product Policy

Due to the digital nature of photography products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once images have been purchased or delivered.

Editing Style

By purchasing images, the client acknowledges they are familiar with and accept the editing style of Enchanted Meadows Photography. Additional re-editing requests outside of standard adjustments may be subject to extra fees.

Enchanted Meadows Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images. Clients receive personal-use rights for downloaded images. Images may not be altered, heavily filtered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Screenshotting & Unauthorized Downloads

Screenshotting, screen recording, downloading, or otherwise saving proof images without purchase is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of gallery images violates copyright law.

Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered digitally in high-resolution format after payment is received and editing is completed. Turnaround times may vary depending on workload and session type.

Policy Agreement

Completion of any purchase confirms agreement to these terms and policies.

Digital Image License

Upon purchase, clients receive a non-exclusive personal-use license for their downloaded digital images from Enchanted Meadows Photography.

This license allows clients to:

Download and save purchased images

Share images on personal social media accounts

Print images for personal use

Send images to friends and family for personal viewing

This license does not allow:

Selling or redistributing the images

Commercial, business, or advertising use without written permission

Editing, altering, heavily filtering, or removing watermarks from the images

Claiming the images as your own work

Screenshotting or downloading unpaid proof images

All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Enchanted Meadows Photography. Purchasing digital images does not transfer copyright ownership.

RAW files and unedited images are never included or available for purchase under any circumstances.
